Marisa Traverso

Marisa Traverso has been a real estate agent for more than 20 years. Her main goal is to create an open line of communication with all her clients, whether the focus is on a purchase or the marketing of a home. Marisa provides comprehensive services in all areas of northern New Jersey, with a main focus in Bergen County. As a result of her enduring commitment to clients, she has been honored by New Jersey Monthly Magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Agent for the past three years. Marisa has also held a spot in the New Jersey Association of Realtors® (NJAR) Circle of Excellence since 1997, and, as a result of at least 10 years in the Circle, she is a member of the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club. She is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).

Originally from Spain, Marisa moved to Bergen County in 1978, and has developed a reputation for her skills in helping clients navigate the relocation process, both nationally and internationally. She is certified as a relocation specialist. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Marisa was a social worker. She has taken the compassion and patience she learned from that career, and has applied it to both her personal life and professional experience in real estate. Marisa is an active member of her church, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, located in Ridgewood. She is also fluent in Spanish.
