Liz Coleman is a Realtor Associate with more than 13 years of experience in the industry. She specializes in residential home sales, in Bergen County, on both the buy and sell side. With her experience and her affiliation with Christie's Northern New Jersey, Liz is able to leverage the strength of unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service to assist her clients at all phases of the real estate process.
Liz holds two important and prestigious industry designations -- the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). Most recently she was awarded the 10 Best Real Estate Agents for 2019 in the state for client satisfaction from the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals. During her extensive real estate career, Liz has been recognized for her superior skill and performance with recognitions, including numerous Salesperson of the Month awards and Top 10 Producers of the Month awards. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and New Jersey Multiple Listing Service.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her family, living a healthy lifestyle through exercise, and vacationing at the beach. She is a graduate of Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Communications. Liz is a consistent volunteer at her children's school, and is currently a co-chair of the Teacher Appreciation Committee and a regular library parent volunteer. She also is a catechism teacher for her children's religious education groups. Liz lives in Ridgewood, with her husband, Al, and children, Ryan and Caroline.
