Inna Ovcharenko

Inna Ovcharenko is a Broker Associate, licensed in New Jersey and New York for more than 10 years. She is dedicated to providing her clients with the highest level of customer service, and brings extensive experience in the active real estate markets of New Jersey's Hudson County and Manhattan. A resident of Weehawken since 2016, Inna has a particular expertise in the cities of Weehawken, Union City, West New York and Hoboken. She is committed to ensuring that the home buying and selling process is easy, fun and stress-free.

Inna also specializes in property management, brokering sales, market research, client management, negotiation and marketing. Previously, she worked in marketing for one of the biggest real estate developers in the United States, AFI USA. As a real estate investor herself, Inna also knows how to effectively work with first-time home buyers, as well as clients looking for investment properties and understands the intricacies that come with each. She has also participated in the sale and purchase of several large residential buildings in New York City.

In her free time, Inna enjoys travelling, discovering new places, hiking with her rescue dog, and reading a good book. She graduated from International Christian University (Kiev-Vienna) and Rutgers University with a degree in marketing, and has completed numerous courses at the New York Real Estate Institute and Vaxjo University in Sweden. Inna speaks fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and Spanish.
