Myles Garvey is a Broker Associate with extensive industry experience having been involved in the business for most of his life. He began as a property flipper and landlord of investment properties and went on to earn his real estate license in 1994. After launching his career in real estate, Myles successfully completed countless residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has served as managing broker for major franchise companies and is credited with creating and implementing successful sales training programs. Additionally, he has been a consultant to high producing sales teams in Passaic County and is a Certified New Jersey Real Estate License Instructor. Myles is currently serving his second term on the Board of Directors of the Greater Bergen Realtors Association and is also very active in his local community of Elmwood Park.
Myles has an extensive business background that includes the hospitality industry, retail, logistics and entertainment. He has served as a Commissioner on the Elmwood Park Board of Health and the Elmwood Park Recreation Commission. Myles is one of the founding fathers of Elmwood Park Little League. He also founded the Elmwood Park Citizens Patrol and was a past candidate for Council. Currently he serves as a member of the Elmwood Park Planning Board.
