Michele Kiely Richards

Michele Kiely Richards is a Realtor-Associate® who specializes in residential real estate sales as well as seasonal rentals in both Monmouth and Ocean Counties. She is known for her integrity, hard work and professionalism. Customizing services to meet each client's specific needs, Michele attends to every detail, from explaining the latest local market trends, to recommending or coordinating supportive services, including handymen, haul away and housekeeping. From downsizing baby boomers, to executors of estates, to first-time buyers and experienced investors, Michele strives to exceed her clients’ expectations. Her extensive local knowledge, innovative marketing, and superior negotiation skills have helped her to create a custom experience that demonstrates a deep understanding of her clients’ needs and preferences, matching them with their dream home and/or investment, in a competitive market.

Prior to real estate, Michele lived in England and then Singapore.  She had a successful career as an investment banking IT consultant in London and subsequently as a teacher in Singapore. She has a BSc degree from Northeastern University and a MBA from Brunel University, London. Michele is a resident of Little Silver and is very active in her community, supporting the local schools and various charities.  

In her spare time, Michele enjoys family time with her husband and two children.  She can often be found on the sidelines at her son’s rugby matches or at her daughter's sailing regattas.  She also enjoys gardening, reading at the beach and watching British movies.  Michele brings a fresh and international flair to Monmouth and Ocean County.
