Gina Sabio has successfully navigated the New York City real estate market for two decades with her expert sales, negotiation, and marketing skills. Her first transaction took place at 25 Broad Street in the Financial District, and from that moment forward Gina knew that she had found her calling.

Throughout her real estate career, Gina has helped countless purchasers and sellers in their unique real estate journeys, gaining experience in a wide range of transaction types, including but not limited to, condominium sales, co-operative sales, estate sales, leasing and representing both sponsors and purchasers of new developments. Gina’s energetic nature, positive attitude and innate problem-solving skills have carried her clients through even the most turbulent of markets. 

Gina’s loyal client base would agree that her customer service is second to none – proven by her impressive referral rate of over 90% that continuously draws in repeated business. She firmly believes that “real estate is a relationship business that doesn’t end when the transaction closes.” Gina is ready to meet clients more than halfway at every stage. 

Gina’s expert negotiation skills and calculated pricing strategies have led to her incredible success in the industry. Gina joined Christie’s International Real Estate in August 2023, having been ranked in the top 1% worldwide out of 47,000 agents at her prior brokerage firm and also having been a consistent member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club from 2015-2022. Gina has closed countless properties regardless of price and condition and will continue to do so with the same fervor for each of her clients, whether they are a seasoned investor or a first-time buyer.

Gina grew up in Wayne, New Jersey with an older sister and both parents in construction. She was athletic and competed in various sports growing up, where she excelled in competitive environments and teamwork. She was exposed to the arts, music and museums in her childhood, which led her to pursue a Theater major at Penn State.
