Michael Pangalos

Michael Pangalos has been a successful real estate professional in New York City for twenty-five years.  Born in Athens, Greece and raised in New York City, Michael started out in banking, holding a prominent position as a liaison between Savings & Loan associations and Wall Street firms.  Overseeing the rehabbing of two apartments for his family awakened his passion for architectural design and led to a new career in real estate. His financial experience has served him well in this role: sellers can rest assured that prospects are both serious and qualified, and buyers can trust that their financial objectives are being met.  Michael has closed on luxury homes for buyer and sellers on Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue, Carnegie Hill, Sutton Place, Riverside Drive, Central Park West, and Soho.

In his years in the city, Michael has gotten to know the communities where his daughter attended school - Westside Montessori School and Chapin - and the theatre community where his wife’s plays were produced.  A pocket billiards fanatic, Michael is always up for a game.  And as a USPTA-certified professional tennis instructor, he’s played on tennis courts all over the city.  Michael is a member of the Penn Club in NY, and the Madison Beach Club in Connecticut where he has a home.  And his wife says he makes an amazing omelet.
